Andes Crème de Menthe Recipes

Andes Meringue Cookies:

Ingedients:
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Andes® Crème de Menthe Baking Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250° F.
In a small bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks. Gradually add sugar, continue to beat.
Add salt then vanilla. Beat until stiff; fold in Andes chips.
Pipe or place 1 tablespoon of batter on to a parchment lined cookie tray.
Bake at 250° for 45 minutes.
